Arts & Business Northern Ireland held a reception to recognise the people who attended its latest Professional Development Programme.
The scheme is offered to individuals interested in using their business acumen and expertise to boost the work of
creative and cultural groups.
Since its launch in Northern Ireland two years ago, the programme has been effective in forging strong links between the business and cultural sectors in the country.
Mary Trainor, director of Arts & Business Northern Ireland, said: 'These programmes are a valuable tool for business to develop and motivate their staff through their involvement in these innovative and creative projects.'
She added: 'Motivating staff, helping with staff retention and maximising outputs are a few of the significant benefits for businesses.'
The Professional Development Programme is funded by the
Arts Council of Northern Ireland.
